Kaleo Sallas, a.k.a. Kaleo Futuristo (KALEO in the Hawaiian Language means: "THE VOICE, THE MUSIC, and THE SONG") is a very talented independent/major recording artist from Santa Monica, California who recently signed a distribution deal with Fontana/Universal Music Group (via System 3 Entertainment, Inc) in early 2009.

KALEO FUTURISTO is an incredible act. Part Andre 3000, part Bob Marley, with a pinch of Red Hot Chili Pepper. An Entertainer, Producer, and Singer/Songwriter (w/ASCAP) who flawlessly melds Hip-Hop, Rock, R&B, Pop, Dance and Latin to create a fresh blend of music that is just as hot in the club or on the radio. This artist's success has been shown in many ways including having his music featured in numerous Movies, T.V., Shows, and Commercial spots and yet his career is just getting started. Kaleo has written and produced songs for television shows on ABC (Notes From The Under Belly, Eli Stone) as well as shows on MTV and the WB Channel. He has also produced commercials for Red Bull and Pontiac. Three of his songs were also placed and featured in the movie 'Frankenhood' (starring Charlie Murphy) currently released on DVD through Lionsgate Films.

One of Kaleo songs: "Air of The Night" is a remake of Phil Collins smash hit: "In The Air Tonight" with granted permission from Hit Music/EMI Publishing for worldwide release (listen to the song and watch the music video on Myspace).
