A brand will support content that's the "best representative" for its advertising. Research and identify your core audience first, then make a list of the advertisers who are trying to reach them. Ultimately, it's all about your packaging, presentation and connections. Because there's an obvious online curiosity about web series from top advertisers, don't waste your time and effort on local mom, pop, grandma, grandpa businesses for sponsorship opportunities. If they come to you, fine, if not they don't deserve to be in your series anyway. So aim for top brands in your commitment. The worst they'll say is no but at least they'll be aware of your content.
